Planning Dept
• This position will be responsible for the planning on the large scale of Industrial Park / Infra –engineering development.
• To develop a Master program /schedule for the commencement and completion of all works to tie in with the implement overall strategy.
• Areas to look into Industrial Park development such as utilities, amenities, infra-engineering to design road, infrastructure building, landscape and residence and other components within a modern functioning Industrial Park/City.
• Conversant with local codes, regulations, and procedure.
• You will be tasked to formulate and implement overall strategy and ensure that the Contract & Construction team and external team including consultants and contractors being put together will be able to execute those plans on time and on budget.
• Monitor and Manage development /project changes and interventions to achieve project goals/objectives.
• Identify project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of ISO assessment system and SOP for the project development.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.


Contract Dept

• Prepare, manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.
• Liaison and coordinate with Planning and Construction team, Consultants and Authorities (if require) for preparation and finalization of contracts.
• Lead a team of contracts personnel.
• Oversee and coordinate with the Planning and Construction team for value engineering exercise for optimization of project cost & budget including reviewing consultant’s designs and materials use.
• Coordinating with Planning and Construction team on packaging of works for procurement and contractors pre-qualification exercise.
• Planning, execution and monitoring quotation and tendering exercise for contractors’ appointment in various contract packages.
• Oversee the projects’ cost control including presentation of variation order for management approval.
• Liaisons with Planning and Construction team to clarify and resolve issues arising in cost & contractual matters.
• Monitor contractual compliance by contractors, suppliers, and tracking and identifying potential contractual issues.
• Periodic audit on construction management procedures against project contract terms.
• Provide contract advisory and support to the Planning and Construction team.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Minimum 10 year(s) of relevant experience with a developer, Construction in Project Planning /Development.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Candidate with a Master degree in Project Management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Project Management software.
• Possess skills implementing the ISO assessment system and SOP for the project development.
• Strong experience in Project Planning including a large scale of Industrial Park / Infra –engineering, prior experience in growing markets, firm organization skills, strategic mind and proven track record in large scale full spectrum project management & planning.
• Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.
• Strong Experience in large scale infra –engineering development and Industrial Estate.
• Knowledge in any international contract templates e.g. FIDIC, JCT, ECC.
• Must have working experience with Q.S. consultant and contractors.
• Possess skills in conducting tendering interview and negotiating tender finalization.
• Have handled contractual issues such as EOT, Loss, and Expense, etc.
