A Big Opportunity for ...

1 .Develop the College’s business plan, execute and ensure to achieve it.
2. Set up HR structure, recruit and train according to business plan
3. Create performance management system (KPI) for each department of the College and support departments to be able to achieve these KPI
4. Set up Standard Operating Procedures and ensure those SOP standards are achieved and maintained at all times.
5. Maintain good relationships with relevant Government agency, International partners
