Duties & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

Strategic HR

• Develop the HR strategy and plan, as well as set targets and goals for current and future operations
• Accountable for leading the HR team in actively working with all Business Unit to ensure there is alignment to the strategic direction of company
• Lead the HR team in playing a key role in translating company vision into HR annual plan
• Oversee the planning and implementation of activities to reinforce organization cultures, values and norms
• Oversee the development of the organization structure and job design, functional and cross-functional business processes
• Oversee the development and implementation of manpower planning to identify optimal level of manpower required and vacancies

Recruitment and Selection

• Provide leadership, direction and overall accountability for developing a sustainable workforce planning
• Ensure that company has the workforce capability for present and future success, by developing and administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of company
• Oversee the operation of recruitment for Local and Foreign and selection procedures and process effectively

Training and Development

• Manage organization development strategies and initiatives that address issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, and key employee retention and organization design
• Manage and support initiatives that achieve organization objectives, including staff wellness, training and a positive working environment and culture
• Initiate and develop the Employee Performance Evaluation process effectively and efficiently through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and 360 of semi degree feedback process
• Work with management to oversee and mitigate, the impact of change initiatives on staff, ensuring buy-in and engagement of employees and representatives on Company's change processes

Legal Compliance

• Use experience and knowledge of the Myanmar Employment legislation framework to develop, guide and support the organization ins its employment relation programs and practices
• Shape HR policies and objectives that are legally compliant, where management and staff are made aware of changes Myanmar legislation relevant to the organization and that a positive employee relations environment is maintained

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

• Maser degree holder in Business Management/ Business Administration in related field
• Minimum 10 years working experience in HR at MNC Company and above 5 years in management level is a must

• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong coaching/ mentoring skills
• Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (Personal, team and fund) deadlines
