Responsible for the entire operation, to ensure successes of business unit by providing leadership, with a goal of achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives. The incumbent has to partner closely with various departments including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR. 

* Overall in-charge of a No.1 Training & Coaching Institute in Myanmar
* Responsible for marketing and leasing, profit contributions and return-on-investment are achieved through prudent compliance, budgetary and marketing processes.
* Manage the overall daily activities of operations, budgetary, Sales & Marketing.
* Responsible for the P&L through effective marketing and outstanding customer service strategies.
* Monitor staff productivity and enhance work processes to achieve excellent results.
* Manage and direct negotiations with external business vendors/ partners
* Ensure good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image. Participate in key decision making
* Lead and manage a team under the operation of the building with the supports of respective division managers.
* Analyze and report weekly on controllable, sales and profits to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
* Manage stock control, and ensure inventory records are accurate. Organize, plan and implement inventory activities at stores.
* Involve, plan and schedule manpower to ensure productivity at all stores.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or MBA
* 3 years of experience in management and strong in Operations, Leasing
, Sales and Marketing.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Education sector
