o Plan and direct the operations of Myanmar organization
o Develops business plans based on the strategic goals set by business unit leadership

The Role

● Manages Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives within the organizations
● Build relationship and manage daily commercial discussion with Myanmar customers
● Control tightly the cost structure of operations to ensure profitability of the business
● Manages profit and loss and asset utilization
● Through supervisors and individual contributors, implements operating policies and procedures across multiple functional areas including customer service, finance, quality control, purchasing, materials management, and human resources

Job Requirements

● Minimum 15 years in professional working experience in heavy equipment, engines, power generation or other related areas
● Very well in interpersonal skills and communication with both Myanmar & English
● Be the top leader of the organization, ensure collaborative cross - functional network and business relationships with APAC leadership team
