• ဘြဲ႕ရရွိၿပီးသူ၊ အသက္ (၃၅) ႏွစ္မွ (၅၅) ႏွစ္အတြင္း ျဖစ္ရမည္။
• Master/ Bachelor Degree (သို႔) Any Diploma in Business Administration ရရွိၿပီးသူအား ဦးစားေပးမည္။
• English ႏွင့္ Computer တတ္ကၽြမ္းသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• မန္ေနဂ်ာရာထူူးျဖင့္ (၅) ႏွစ္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ၿပီးသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
• အေထြေထြစီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈလုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္ တင္သြင္းေရာင္းခ်ျဖန္႔ျဖဴးျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳရွိရမည္။
• ကုမၸဏီ၏ လုပ္ငန္းဌာနမ်ားအား ထိေရာက္ေကာင္းမြန္စြာ စီမံခန္႕ခြဲအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္၍ ဦးေဆာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ ႏိုင္ရမည္။
