-Design appropriate and effective management and performance systems for the successful operation of all Joint Ventures and partnerships to meet the requirement of Partner business
-Analyze and assess continually the organization's performance against the stated objectives.
-Prepare Business Cases and conduct tender exercises for the appointment of consultants and conductors.
-Oversee daily operations for the business unit or organization
-Insure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
-Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategy planning
-Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and sales achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals objects and procedures, conferring with board members, organization official and staff members as necessary
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency
- Builds company image by collaboration with customers government, community organizations and employees ethical business practices.

-Must possess a degree in business administration, management, MBA or other high-level qualification is preferred
-Must have at least 10 years experience as similar position in related field
-Excellent English communication (both written an oral)
-Excellent personal organizational skills, including time management and ability to meet deadline and work under pressure
- JV advisory experience desired
-Have proficient leadership, organizational and supervisory skills
-Experience with managing non-operated joint ventures and acquisition and disposition activities including the negotiation and preparation of Joint Venture and purchase and sales agreement
-Ability to manage corporate contractual matters in a timely manner
-Analytical problem solving and detail orientation
-Strategic planning and organizational leadership skills
-Finance and administrative management expertise
-A thorough knowledge of Joint Venture agreement and core knowledge of asset management principles
-Able to gain confidence of partners and senior management team with excellent relationship buildings and management skills
-A sound knowledge of the importance and significance of Business Planning, Risk and Performance Management
-Ability to determine the bigger picture among conflicting priorities and issues, set priorities and recommend decision/ solutions
