Duties and Responsibilities
* To perform all functions relating to digital and mobile banking
* To answer telephone calls and respond to support messages and emails
* To stay up to date on various regulations and processes regarding Digital Banking
* To assist with various digital banking corporate customers

Skill and Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or similar
* Proven experiences with background in Digital (Electronic) products platforms.
* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
