Roles and Responsibilities: Scope of responsibility of nurses included: • Responsible for executing Global Occupational Health Strategies in their own facilities to ensure compliance with Local Regulations and Colgate Standards. • This includes the use of guidelines, self-assessments, inspections, training and other programs to enable the subsidiary to deliver consistent, superior Occupational Health performance and be in compliance with all Standards and regulations. • He/she will have ‘subject matter expert’ knowledge in a medical area that can be shared within the facility and he/she will be actively developing additional areas of Occupational Health knowledge and expertise. • He/she will build relationships, when appropriate, with outside consultants, government agencies and suppliers as well as with Colgate business partners e.g. Divisional and Corporate OH, Human Resources, Medical Org., Hospitals and Clinics Core standards/ processes to manage or be involved included: • EOHS standards: Workplace Medical Emergency Response, Medical treatment of Non-Emergency Illness and Injury, Medical Recordkeeping, Entry & Exit Medical Evaluation, Biohazard Control Measures, Medical monitoring, Hearing conservation (in partnership with EOHS team), Return to Work • Maintain & ensure confidentiality of employee's medical records • Leading First Aid team, provide FA treatment & maintain first aid kits • Manage day to day operation of Clinic room, maintaining equipment/ tools/ operating supplies/ medicines in Clinic • Daily check/ audit for food safety & hygiene in canteen (when canteen provided) • Monthly report of Occupational Health & Medical Issues • Consultant for all employees related to the medical director or telephone/ emails.. • Medical education/ Health Talks/ HIV/ AIDS programs • Cooperation with EOHS Engineer, and HR to organize the activities to improve employee behaviours to protect health, safety. Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in - Nursing Experience: • Min 3 Years of Nursing Experiences Professional Qualifications: • Communication and Presentation Skill. Skills: • Good command of English Communication (both writing and speaking). • Can work in shifts or flexible working hours
