Ensure the smooth process flow with effective manner, Sales and business development, in charge and overseeing all maintenance work in factory

● Mainly responsible for the business growth of Fertilizer products
● Managing operators, process flow and back office in factory

● 5 years and above experience in Fertilizer industry
● Intermediate Level English Skills and people management skills
