Additional information:
KPIS
1. Overall responsible for the results of both the Blog/media site and the club.
2. Lead the FHM teams , providing inspiration , training and support so as to help them achieve their individual and group goals.
3. Oversee the sales and marketing for both the Blog /Media site and the FHM Club, so as to assist in finding and closing community followers advertising clients , sponsorship ,support , products and club membership .
4. Admin duties associated with the above KPIs , including ensuring billing / invoicing and reporting occurs as required by CEO and Finance dept.

Job Requirements

Education / Qualifications / Training required:

Essential: English- fluent in spoken and written.
Preferred Degree and some Burmese.

Previous work experience required:

Desirable: Previous leadership especially within Social Media environment . Some sales and online marketing experience.

Knowledge and experience:

Essential: Ability to work on their own with minimum supervision. Self motivated

Desirable: Previous experience engaging with corporates , and Knowledge of Social Media

Personal skills/behaviours/qualities:

Essential: Ambitious and willing to work extended hours. Also able to get on with our team.
