-Develop and utilize design skills to visualize concepts and ideas
-Develop eye for details, design principles, and dramatization of the work
-Learn to determine which elements—art, photos, font, etc., best suit the design
-Collaborate with Creatives teammates for optimum creative output
-Coordinate with Accounts team for comprehensive understanding of the deliverable
-Report under a senior, to ensure quality of work
-Develop a personal sense of growth, to aspire to do more, and be more
-Other work related duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

- Develop, understand, and make use of identity for assigned brands
- Practice and develop various design skills to make ideas come to life visually
- Develop eye for details and vision for big picture understanding
- Develop advertising level output (TV, radio, print), apart from digital responsibilities
- Push the design prowess of the agency to a consistent professional level
- Lead team in brainstorming sessions
- Impart advertising design skills with the creative team; knowledge share
- Present and sell creative work and ideas to clients
- Help accounts team strengthen relationship with clients
