This position may work under Merchant & Biller Department of Mytel Pay.
Responsibilities in-
- Incorporating with Nationwide Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the result of QR Payment Merchant, pushing and analyzing the result.
- Guidelines on procedure, assist them between technical team if there any error /issues .
- Preparing documentation and operational support for onboard merchants and corporate client.
- Creating guidelines with the direction of line manager for the updated function /App on both agent /End-user App.
- Communication with internal team to achieve the assigned target
- Administration work related to assigned duty.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated from university
- Experienced in Sales Admin and have knowledge of Sales.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word , Power point
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- At least 1 year experience in related position
- Good communication and strong analytical skill
- Team work , willing to learn
- Proactive ,corporation , positive, flexible in work
