A Big Opportunity for ...
* Responsible for arrival and departure of VIP, special guests, and government officials of the company.* Ensure the accommodation and transportation of guests.* Enable to select hotels, vehicle, and dinning places in accordance with the guests' level and nationality.* Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staffs, and follow up to ensure they are properly greeted upon their arrival.* Prepare daily schedule of during their visit in Yangon or Myanmar in accordance with the guests' agenda.* Prepare welcome folders with collateral. (i.e brief information about the company, famous places of Yangon & Myanmar, weather information, and daily schedule, etc.).* Assist immigration process or other governmental process of guests.* Actively listen, respond and anticipate guests' needs, build rapport with guests, and resolve guests' complaints.* Ensure the health & safety of guests.* Responsible for front office.* Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in guest relations field.- A Bachelor Degree with Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or relevant field.- Able to speak Chinese and English 4 skills.- Pleasant personality, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Able to establish positive relationship with at all level of guests.- Establishes effective interpersonal relationships across the board.- A can do attitude and a sense of honest.- Can work under pressure and remain focused in emotionally charged situations.- Able to be a team player - participant and leader.
