• Supervise the quality control of 26 rooms in a charming hotel, with associated services.• To promote a professional image and to provide a quick and efficient service to all the guests, regardless of whether they are in-house or outside visitors.• To demonstrate full and comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including room service and F&B service.• To address and positively manage all complaints from the clients in a solution-oriented spirit.• To address all the needs and requests expressed by the customers in view of enhancing quality service and, in turn, boost the clients’ satisfaction.• To perform all the daily tasks according to a consistently high level in line with both departmental and hotel standards. Others tasks will be specified.
• The candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in English and in FRENCH.• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint• Excellent communication and public relation skills• Strategic thinking, planning, forecasting and customer care.• Bachelor’s degree in Hostel management preferred
