Essential Duty and Responsibilities
• To ensure that all guest-related matters are managed as successful inter-related unit, ensuring maximum results
consistent with Company mission and department requirements, through coordinating and cooperating with others in operation and administration.
• Offering the correct information regarding all facilities available in the Hotel
• Promoting services or other facilities provided temporarily by the Hotel
• Receive inputs and handle complaints from guests to be solved or submitted to Front Office Superior
• Handling Lost & Found Counter and coordinates with Operations and Personnel Department.

Job Requirements

• General Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in communication or International Relationship or Public Speaking.
• Must use Microsoft Office Computer Skill
• Costumer service oriented and willingness to deal with people every day (Good Costumer service skill)
• Attention to detail
• Have experience in public relationship with Min 1 year.
• Good communication skill, learning skill and listening skill
• Can speak English and written active.
• Able to work effectively, either alone or in teams and able working under tight schedule
