To ensure the smooth running of the gym, providing high quality fitness training, advice, programmes and inductions to gym users

To plan, manage and report to the Director on the monthly performance of the facility against budget projections

To generate and retain agreed gym membership levels and revenue targets across the business, keeping track of income and membership revenue monthly

To assist the Marketing Team with the promotion of the facilities to maximize income potential

To ensure the facilities operate efficiently and effectively by ensuring all staff are fully trained and implementing company policies and procedures

To ensure that high levels of customer service and public relations are maintained, as well as dealing with and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.

To ensure that all financial transactions are completed in accordance with finance procedures

To ensure that standards of security, safety, maintenance and cleanliness are maintained within the facilities and ensure that rules are upheld for the comfort of all users of the facilities

To recruit and manage new staff and to oversee their development including carrying out appraisals and organizing regular team meetings.

Identify training and development needs on an on-going basis through frequent interaction and personal development reviews.

Minimum of 2 years’ Managerial Experience in the leisure fitness industry

Knowledge of health and safety matters

Age (between 25 to 45)

Any Graduated

Can be joined immediate

Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Able to work under pressure.
