• To work across ACS Technology, helping to manage the selection, development, implementation and continuing support of the wide variety of enterprise solutions (Alepo CRM, contract center, ERP, Mobile/web apps).• Collaborate with people across the business to understand the needs of their organizations • To lead operations/development teams to help manage and to further develop and configure solutions to optimize their use.• Oversee internal and external systems/application/process development projects, as assigned, from inception through successful implementation to ensure timely, effective completion and compliance.• Any other task as defined by ACS management in line with the employee's skill and experience.
• Bachelor Degree in computer science with minimum 10 years' progressive experience leading development, implementations and support of industry standard systems, i.e CRM, Contract Center, ERP, Mobile/web apps preferably in telecom sector. • Experience with Cloud technology(Azure) and enterprise software integration and architecture (ERP, CRM, etc)• Demonstrated ability to analyze business issues/opportunities and develop and implement IT initiatives that support organizational goals.• Demonstrate advanced domain specific knowledge by providing subject matter expertise across critical components of enterprise applications. Strong capacity to communicate and present complex technical concepts in lay terms both verbally and in writing.
