4.1 PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

a. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Smooth running of office procedures and policies implementation monitoring
2. Ensure vehicle teams including drivers and helpers are following policies and deliver as set objectives
3. Effective management of facility across the country especially on rental lease and contract, fixed assets management

b. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Vehicles-managing all drivers, licenses and permits, repair, maintenance, rental, hire purchase, fuel usage and control, support all HOD and marketing managers vehicle usage, department usage arrangement. Staff ferry routing and management. Cost budgeting, processes and control.
2. Facility-Head office building and all assets reporting, usage and maintenance and repair, all regional offices lease or rental contract negotiation and signing. Manage security guards, cleaners and kitchen staff.
3. Office admin-monitor all staff discipline according to company policies, office supplies purchase and usage control, utility payment and government liaison, ISO documentation filing and update.

Job Requirements

5.1 EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS
1) University Graduate
2) Degree in Admin or Business related areas

5.2 SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

1) 5 years or above solid admin experience with vehicle, facility and office management
2) Good communications skill (both in English and Myanmar, written and spoken)
3) Understand junior staff and able to motivate them to deliver the set objectives
4) Good and approachable personality
5) Cost management
6) Team Management
Able to drive to get the achievement /success of the Organizational goals/ departmental goals/ individual goals
