KEY RESULT AREAS1. Develop, lead and implement all BA programs and activities to improve brand image and consumer engagement experience2. Planning and managing events/training for all internal staff, PG, Wholesalers/sub-wholesalers/retailers, on premise outlets and consumer tasting events3. Develop effective tracking tools to identify areas to improve for each program and refine programs when necessaryb. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develop content and material in collaboration with Brand team for different audience in different regions 2. Manage A&P budget and ensure efficient usage and provide measurement of ROI 3. Implement proper planning, execution and tracking tools for all projects 4. Responsible for all BA performance and behaviour to ensure quality image delivered is matching with desired brand image5. Support and collaborate with Digital team for all online consumer activities 6. Develop BA guideline for programs and provide refinement when necessary7. Support Market Intelligent Service (MIS) unit with all brand program objective, KPI and results for effectiveness measure8. Coach all direct reports for their managerial capability and team development9. Train team members with all necessary skills for the job
EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS1) University Graduate 2) Degree/Diploma in Communications or related fieldSKILLS/ COMPETENCIES1) 8 years+ Brand experience in Myanmar or overseas market2) 3 years+ hands on consumer programs implementation and execution experience in Myanmar3) Possess excellent spoken and written Myanmar and English language ability4) Excellent communications and presentation skill 5) Understand consumer’s behavior and able adapt to audience and environment 6) Well-manner and groomed to represent high quality brand image7) Possess international etiquette and sensitive to different Myanmar culture8) Team Management-Able to motivate and drive achievement /success of the Organizational goals/ departmental goals/ individual goals9) Coach and nurture team leaders and direct report staff10) Willing to extreme frequent travel within the country
