Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Responsible for all BA materials creation, program planning and execution for consumers, trade customers, PG, agencies and internal staff training and events

Frequent travelling in the country is required to serve and interact with customers and consumers and internal staff in different region.
At least 85% of working time is outside base.

4.1 PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

a. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Develop, lead and implement all BA programs and activities to improve brand image and consumer engagement experience
2. Planning and managing events/training for all internal staff, PG, Wholesalers/sub-wholesalers/retailers, on premise outlets and consumer tasting events
3. Develop effective tracking tools to identify areas to improve for each program and refine programs when necessary

b. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop content and material in collaboration with Brand team for different audience in different regions
2. Manage A&P budget and ensure efficient usage and provide measurement of ROI
3. Implement proper planning, execution and tracking tools for all projects
4. Responsible for all BA performance and behaviour to ensure quality image delivered is matching with desired brand image
5. Support and collaborate with Digital team for all online consumer activities
6. Develop BA guideline for programs and provide refinement when necessary
7. Support Market Intelligent Service (MIS) unit with all brand program objective, KPI and results for effectiveness measure
8. Coach all direct reports for their managerial capability and team development
9. Train team members with all necessary skills for the job

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

1) University Graduate
2) Degree/Diploma in Communications or related field

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

1) 8 years+ Brand experience in Myanmar or overseas market
2) 3 years+ hands on consumer programs implementation and execution experience in Myanmar
3) Possess excellent spoken and written Myanmar and English language ability
4) Excellent communications and presentation skill
5) Understand consumer’s behavior and able adapt to audience and environment
6) Well-manner and groomed to represent high quality brand image
7) Possess international etiquette and sensitive to different Myanmar culture
8) Team Management-Able to motivate and drive achievement /success of the Organizational goals/ departmental goals/ individual goals
9) Coach and nurture team leaders and direct report staff
10) Willing to extreme frequent travel within the country
