• Up to date and understands all laws / directives / guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Myanmar and laws of other relevant ministries
• Ensure the bank and all departments are compliant with the relevant rules and regulations
• Develop controls to test the bank’s compliance with rules and regulations
• Has a well-established network within the Central Bank of Myanmar for interpreting the rules and regulations

Job Requirements

• Advanced communication skills in English (both verbally and written)
• University graduate with Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum five years management experience in the field of banking compliance
• Some work experience in the Central Bank of Myanmar
• Experience working in an international organization is highly desired but not mandatory
