JOB PURPOSE

As a head of our Corporate Sales team, you will offer TrueMoney’s payment services to corporate clients in Myanmar. You will lead the corporate sales team being responsible for deal origination and maintenance with largest commercial organizations incl. FMCG, MFI / Insurance / Payment companies, NGOs, etc. You will work in partnership with our ecosystem to drive adoption of TrueMoney’s solutions. You will also have responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and be accountable for driving our success within those accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the Working Plan with targets and sale strategies for the Corporate Sales team
• Commit achievement targets with the sales target planning
• Arrange and attend meeting to help the sales staff to close deal
• Implement the sale strategies to develop the sale growth and target achievement
• Manage and lead a sale force, provide guidelines and problem solving to ensure the sales team is fully motivated and achieves the expected performance
• Conduct the job and off the job training to the sales team with the effectiveness
• Be able to communicate and coordinate between different company’s departments
• Promote the corporate image or brand name of the company’s services
• Prepare/review weekly reports

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/MA degree; Ideally have worked in a fast-paced technology driven environment
• 5+ years of experience in corporate sales with either FinTech or Bank corporate accounts
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
• Broad, relevant experience of solution selling to all types of mid- and large enterprises – potentially gained within a major software or technology vendor, together with experience selling across a wide set of industries (i.e. FMCG, MFI, Insurance, Payment companies)
• Proven ability to deliver consistently against KPIs/ targets/ business goals and to grow a sales business beyond expectations.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and present complex information to customers and colleagues in a simple, clear and appealing manner, gaining credibility at all levels
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with minimum supervision
• Comfortable operating at the highest level of large, complex organizations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Requires a lot of on-ground and face-to-face work with clients/ customers
