One of the local financial institutions is on the hunt a Head of Credit to oversee and modernize the credit department while maximizing business opportunities for the bank.

Duties and Requirement
* Overall responsibility for the credit management function and oversee the underwriting / credit control of all loan files
* Assist in the development of a new lending platform and assist in the establishing and updating all lending policies & guidelines.
* Engages the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members
* Monitor performance of the loan portfolio and report to the Executive Management Team on a periodic basis.
* Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals of the Bank and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement
* Master’s degrees in Accounting, Finance or relevant field of study. CPA holder’s preferred.
* Possesses a minimum of 15 years' of credit or lending background or related activities
* Must have strong knowledge of credit and financial statements
* Credit evaluation experience with complex credits and structuring are involved
