Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for oversight of all finance and reporting activities to local regulators and PCA. Act as the main contact point for liaison with PCA , regulators and external auditors for financial reporting purposes

• Ensure full compliance with relevant standards and rules in the Company’s reporting processes, including but not limited to IFRS reporting standards, local regulatory reporting standards, PCA Finance policies and standards, and PCA Corporate Governance Framework

• Support the annual Financial budgeting process and coordinate with the Actuarial in the development of the financial information and subsequent monitoring and reporting process

• Develop and review internal control procedures and ensure that high standards of financial processes are in place both to improve internal controls and efficiency from end to end.

• Produce timely and accurate financial reports, perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide support to CFO for preparing presentation on financial results and KPIs to EXCO, Audit Committee and the Board

• Coordinate all external, GwIA and regulator’s audit activities

• Handle tax filing for the Company and liaise with tax authority.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION & WORKING EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in advising on financial services industry related internal control, financial system and reporting issues and interacting with financial and tax regulators.
• Strong people and project management skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in verbal and written English
