Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Review and provide recommendations to executive management for improvement of the policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters, implement policies.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance.
Responsible for company compliance with local labor law and legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
Communicates changes in company personnel/ human resources policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed.
Implementation of the annual review, preparation and administration of company compensation and benefits program.
Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters.
Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the company.
Develops and maintains a human resource system that meets company personnel information needs.
Supervises the staff of the human resource department.
Participates in assigned committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
Support HR/Admin Policies by CEO.
HSE Policies within staffs (HSE Security).
Employees welfare Management, Performance appraisals management and ensure all employees are treated fairly
Local empowerment & development of local staffs
Employees welfare Management
Ensure that benefits, salaries are fair and relevant to Employees’ JDs.
Recruitment of the High Capability Employees
Training & Development_Retention
Resolve Employees’ Grievances fairly
Ensure company is compliance with Labor Laws & Local Government Regulations

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in all faucets of HR Management and at least 5 years in Managerial role and 2 years in Director level position.
Comprehensive knowledge on Myanmar labour law and legislation, Income tax law, Social Security law as minimum standards and Foreign Investment requirement in Myanmar.
Any degree holder, preferable an MBA, AND / OR specific qualification in human resources management. AND/ OR previous experience in human resources management, especially in the area of HR generalist role
Strong and proven analytical and negotiation skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to deal with people with diverse background.
Have counselling experience and ability.
Accuracy and good attention to detail.
Have a good network with local HR professionals.
Ability to work under pressure and with tough deadlines.
Ability to manage 5 or more team members with exceptional managerial skill.
