 Responsible for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process of the company.
 Develop, implement and fine-tune HR policies for the company.
 Overlook the smooth functioning of HR Information System through effective and efficient supervision.
 Manage the Time & Attendance (T & A) system.
 Identifying training & development needs within the organization & design T & D programs.
 Manage the performance management system of the company.
 Plan and organize staff engagement activities together with department heads

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience
• A Degree in Business / Human Resources or equivalent is fundamental;
• High level of energy and resilience to thrive and navigate in a start-up environment; resourceful and creative, and able to operate with integrity;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and armed with good interpersonal and communication skills.
