- Guiding IT Policies and procedures for the Business Units and monitoring them comply with the corporate goals
-Set up the IT infrastructures and manage the operation process to smoothly run
-Structuring the strong IT team and supporting to Business Units’ operations
-Advice and implement the necessary IT projects and IT SOPs align with the changing business environment
-Draw the strategic IT Plan which meets the corporate goals in the future
-Set up the Key Performance Area and Indicators (KPIs & KPIs) in the IT related works for both organization and team
- Implement the ad hoc works by Management Team

Job Requirements

- At least 5 years’ experience in IT Head roles (prefer an international organization)
-Exposure in implementation of IT infrastructures set up and restructuring the IT team
-Degree/Master Degree in IT-related fields and International recognized certifications and diploma
- Result based centric and good communication
-Analytical Skill and Business acumen
-Leadership Skills
