Monitor day to day functioning of the department.
Control audit teams working at the branches ,
Submitting major finding of audit teams and submission to audit committee ,
Follow up of rectification of irregularities reported by the audit team on each branches,
Submission of monthly report to BOD/ AC on major findings from the branches and rectification status .
Managing cash audit team and sending them for surprise audit in consultation with COO/ CEO ,
Managing Loan audit team,
Sending them to Loan branches and conduct special audits , in consultation with Credit Risk Management Department
Suggesting new systems and procedures to improve SOPs of the bank,
Suggest review of SOPs, where ever branches are making repeated errors due to the absence of clear instructions.
Suggest measures to improve overall quality of operational functions and reduce Operational Risk

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 Years’ experience in officer Cadre , handling audit department or
Manage operations department with experience in credit and loan documentation
Able to speak and write in Myanmar & English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
