Head of Business Process Re-Engineering and Transformation

Lead for the process of business transformation and implementation the new IT Process
Salary up to 3,500,000 MMK

Responsibilities:

- Directly report to Chief Operation Officer
- Follow up for the current business process and improve the business process by using Methodologies and principles
- Leading for identifying the cost, time, methods, system, quality, customer satisfying and processes for the project developments
- Follow up for analyzing the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats for the new implementing processes
- Communicate with Finance, Audit, HR teams for the improvements and recommended solutions
- Follow up the project developments

Job Requirements

- Must have the Bachelor which is concern with Information Technologies or Business Administration
- Must have at least 8 years experience in managing and delivering the business process development and improvement projects
- Banking industry background and project management certificate holder will be more preferable
- Must have the knowledge in technical platform
- English 4 skills must be Fluent
