Managing all marketing for the centre and activities and co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales team and public relation team such as education fair, seminar, current events and etc,.
To arrange and design advertisements to correctly position the brand, pamphlets, brochures, magazines notices, news-letters and so on.
Coordinate press release with public relation team, such as articles, designed the advertisements, and manage the digital marketing, such as social media face book, twitter and instagram.
Translation of material in English-Myanmar Languages
Be fully knowledgeable on the tools, techniques and philosophies of social media
Ensure consistency in branding, update frequency, and permissions
Develop and manage marketing plan and budget including performance.
Manage and develop marketing strategy through different channels including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR and other channels.
Undertake competitor analysis and consumer trends in Myanmar to ensure the marketing strategy is effective.
Lead the marketing team
Implementation of marketing plans, execution and control
Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts
Understand and develop budget for Centre, retail and office portfolio including monthly expenses and revenue report
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years as senior level marketing, public relation and customer service or channel management experience in service sector
Must be very detail oriented and process driven.
Demonstrate ability to work well under stress and handle potential difficult situations with internal and external customers and associates.
Proven track record in development and implementation of Marketing Strategies
Thrive in fast paced environment, passion and skilled in multitasking
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication, prioritizing and must be able to handle multiple Action-oriented, persistent and result oriented
Positive attitude towards education business
Must be experts in customer service, capable of answering questions
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Myanmar Language
Resourceful in finding information
A trustworthy and direct team player
Keen learner with a 'can-do' working attitude
Understanding of the local and regional business environment and media scene, and familiarity with digital and social media platforms is an advantage
Age 26-40 Years old.
