o Responsible to collaborate with stakeholders to create brand awareness, build strategies, and develop these strategies.

The Role

● Able to build, manage and drive high performing leasing team.
● Responsible to engage the business and communities to impress the relationships.
● Able to maintain senior level relationships and handle partnerships.

Job Requirements

● Minimum 10 years of working experience with over 3 years of management level is preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business or business-related education is a must.
● A professional English communication or Advanced English is a bonus.
● Good knowledge in senior leasing and business development is preferable.
