Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Leads the Function in achieving the bank’s business objectives while demonstrating commitment to KBZ’s core operating principles at all times
- Leads the maintenance and development of the bank’s corporate identity to protect and heighten the brand perception among-st existing and potential clients
- Oversees the integration and alignment of advertising, digital, sponsorship, media relations and internal awareness to improve the synergy and effectiveness of communication activities
- Works closely with other Head of Departments by providing information on market opportunities and customer needs through market research, planning campaigns, developing communication materials, and providing all other support as necessary to drive KBZ’s business objectives--
- Drives the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to understand and predict consumer behavior and identify category, channel, product and marketing opportunities
- Leads the development and integration of consumer insight and marketplace intelligence into the decision making and planning process of the Bank/Branch.
- Leads the social media strategy and implementation of digital communication on suitable online forums and social media platforms in order to grow the bank's online presence
- Drives the development of bank's communication infrastructure to provide timely, consistent, and relevant communications
- Develops and maintains relationships with various external agencies to ensure positive and consistent coverage of the bank's activities
- Reviews the reports developed by the team including brand guidelines, critical communication messages, speech for press releases, etc. and provides necessary inputs to ensure accurate and well-informed decision making
- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the performance management process
- Develops talent within the team by providing coaching to achieve the defined goals

Job Requirements

Experience
-• At least 10 year(s) of working experience and managing a large team in the related field is required for this position.
-• Proven track record of success in traditional and digital marketing; building brand and passion in a complex and highly competitive market.
-• Ability to develop consumer and market insights through analysis of data.
-• Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications.
-• Ability to recognize cultural diversity and awareness in implementation of marketing strategy

Minimum Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent
