Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Newly created role to set up and lead merchant engagement for KBZPay, Prepaid, Credit and Debit Card merchants in Myanmar. The team you lead will have the responsibility to provide after-sale merchant engagement and develop programs and initiatives to drive payment usage at our merchants. In addition the team will be the primary interface to merchants to solve their issues, drive superior merchant satisfaction and develop merchant partnership programs.
To excel in this role, the individual needs to have both outstanding staff management skills and the innate ability to build positive relationships and alliances. In addition, experiences in marketing and customer service will be essential.

1. Lead a team to engage merchants for both KBZPay and POS/eCommerce.

2. Ensure after sale activities address any gaps left in both pre-sales and sales activities.

3. Develop segmentation and engagement strategies to create win-win outcomes for our customers, the bank and the merchants.

4. Able to address merchant issues. For issues outside merchant payments, this requires cross-functionally collaboration with other departments.

5. Participation and leadership in internal partnership meetings and discussions, cooperating with, responding to and remediating findings related to audits, vendor management, compliance with regulatory and compliance issues and updates, and risk management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Marketing)
• Proficient in English language
• Banking Experience/Customer Service background shall be an advantage
• Strong organizational and influential skills
• Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Skilled in oratory and presentation
• Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and in good results
