• Providing vision and leadership for HFG employees engaged in delivery of MSME loan product;
• Developing strategies, products, multichannel go-to-market strategies and internal processes to develop and grow MSME loan and other financial services and clients in existing and new regions as per business plan
• Employing agile mindset to continuously update strategies, products, multichannel go-to-market strategies and internal processes to ensure they remain champions in the market;
• Achieving targets as per business plan through setting channel-specific targets and managing achievement
• Managing risk of MSME financial services portfolio within acceptable limits

Job Requirements

• Any University Degree
• At least five years’ experience in MSME lending in comparable markets
• Ability to act independently to identify and analyze problems and recommend effective solutions
• Working fluency in English; working fluency of Myanmar preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Charisma and drive to motivate and engage team to meet targets
• Agile mindset – flexible, positive attitude, open to change
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
