• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes
• Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.
• Project Management Responsibilities:
• Solving complex customer service issues and proactively preventing negative service trends.

• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products
• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
• Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
• Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions and coordinate with other department heads as required
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
• Demonstrates a commitment to customer service anticipates, meets and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively making customer issues a priority.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Management – Majoring in operation management would be beneficial
• Diploma/Certificate concerning operation management, and sales are advantageous
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Business or Operations Management (recent local experience is preferred)
• Previous experience in a high-level Operation management role with a broad range of experience and knowledge
• Experience in dealing with local authorities, and big-picture perspectives of the company operation are appreciated
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in English and Myanmar language
• Is flexible and adapts based on the company's changing needs
• Creative person with the ability to handle new, unique projects, unexpected situations and dynamicity
