• To lead the service function within the business, consisting of Service Desk, Local Support Partners (LSPs)
• Network engineering to ensure support issues and customer escalations are dealt with within SLA s, delivering the best possible customer experience
• Develop and implement procedures, Management tools and Systems
• Develop Procedure and controls for sub contracted services to Local Support Partners (LSP’s)
• Manager the Facilities general Operations on a daily basis.
• Prepare & present service reports to Management.
• Manage OSS bridge team during designated time periods including shift work
• Track technicians logging in/out of sites
• Track accompanying manpower on site with technician
• Track specific job performed by technicians on sites

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of OSS experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have skill to blend both technical expertise and business knowledge
• Must be able to show leadership skills to motivate your team to achieve goals
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft office suites
• Must be self-motivated with a proactive approach to working with diverse teams
