Responsibilities
Group procurement to include all company spend
• Ethical and sustainable procurement practices
• Develop systems and processes to ensure transparent and efficient operations
• Manage and present all processes to highest industry standard
• Promote the internal customer concept and support to all departments
• Manage purchase order process efficiently and in line with company guidelines
• Maintain a database of vetted vendors to meet the organizations needs
• Oversee periodical reviews of market rates to ensure competitive purchasing
• Supplier Relationship Management, provide quarterly effective feedback to vendors to improve performance and quality
• Mentor, develop and empower the team to success
• Promote the company’s vision and values
• Protect the integrity of the company
• Manage transparent vendor engagement process and contracting
• Demand Planning and Forecasting for all departments
• Manage and control to ensure on time delivery
• Inventory control

Job Requirements

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting required (MBA preferred)
10+ years’ experience in procurement or purchasing
4+ years’ experience in telecom industry preferred
Excellent managerial and training skills
Multilingual preferred
Must be Proficient in English literature
