- Analyzing the manpower utilization to get the maximum capacity from production workers.
- Planning weekly production schedule to maximize the productivity.
- Tracking data for monthly wastages rate and set the necessary actions to take for improvement.
- Leading the team for workplace organization.
- Applying Preventive Maintenance activities on the machines based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly any yearly practices.
- Setting up the workers mind-set how important the safety behavior is for workplace.
- Setting up the quality standard and data recording with quality on-line inspection.
- Keeping in touch with material availability to reduce the idle production time due to material shortages.
- Build the strong relationship with supplier and customer

- Monitoring the machine down-time and analyze with engineering team for corrective/preventive action.
