o Responsible for overall Sales operations in Retail Banking Channel
o Salary up to 4,000,000 MMK

● Conduct market research, Strategy planning, Implementation
● Handle product management, pricing for consumer deposit and other additional consumer banking solutions
● Lead Sales team to achieve the set target in consumer banking
● Monitor and Review team performance

Requirements

● Minimum of 7 years of working experiences in financial services industry
● Strong Background Knowledge in Banking Sector is a MUST
● Bachelor degree holder or post degree in finance, business or law
● Strong English in both written and oral communication
