• Set up retail team processes and communication routine with commercial (B2B inclusive)
• Inbound discrepancy reporting
• Inventory health reporting
• Replenishment and new buy requisition
• Maintain retail margin
• New Purchase feasibility and decision making
• Stock Replenishment
• Campaign forecasting
• Price and Margin Maintenance
• Coordination with warehouse
• Coordination with the commercial team
• Payment cycle maintenance
• Coordinating and issue resolution with the regional teams
• Market Consignment training and issue resolution for local and regional teams

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail environment coordinating and/or managing a multi-branch network with demonstrated business development responsibilities.
• Detailed knowledge of retail products and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to create and utilize best-practice management and leadership styles
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Exhibit and maintain high degree of professionalism
• Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficient with PC, web and Microsoft Office applications
• Must possess a can-do customer-service attitude/philosophy
