ROLE PURPOSE
The primary focus of this role is to lead, co-design, execute and seek feedback on Yoma Bank sales incentive program to all sales staff (including and not limited to RMs, BMs, Home loan specialists, SME specialists, Retail sales specialists and direct sales force) and ensure compensation alignment with the bank’s business strategy, goals and competitive practices. In addition, this role will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to the end to end incentive compensation processes on a periodic basis through a pro-active analysis of the effectiveness of incentive program and practices.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes accountability to develop, design, implement and seek feedback for sales incentive program – including leading the pilot, roll-out and implement of new incentives program and aggregate results, take feedback and complains from staff and recommending and implementing modification to the program (if any). The person taking the role is also expected to oversee and coordinate with HR to ensure timely payment of incentives, as well as monitor the behaviour of sales staff to identify and prevent potential fraud cases.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manage the end-to-end sales incentive program.
• Develop, design and implement of sales incentive programs
• Lead the evaluation and monitoring the effectiveness of incentive program.
• Serve as primary contact regarding the sales incentive program.
• Ensure efficiency in processes and accuracy in deliverables.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure timely and accurate payment of incentives to staff
• Take feedback and complaints from staff, manage business expectations and raise appropriate issues to Leadership.
• Monitor fraud and develop mitigation plans for operational issues and/or fraud case as appropriate.
• Conduct analytics including competitive benchmarking, pay for performance analyses and modeling
• Forecasting the budget for incentive program and getting alignment from various stakeholders
• Provide visibility to management on the total payout amount on a periodic basis

Knowledge & Skills

Essential
• Demonstrated strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and the capability to interact with all levels of staff
• Excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an evolving environment.
• Ability to work independently
• Guide and assist, if needed, junior members in performing their tasks to ensure consistent understanding and ability to perform tasks.
• Good competency in computer (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation skills

Education & Special Training

Essential
• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications


Experience

Essential
• Minimum one to three years managing or supporting incentive program
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Incentive Compensation experience preferred

Languages

Essential
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages
