Job Description

• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and staff.
• Monitor performance off all teams against individual and performance levels. Ensure targets are met and motivate staff to meet and achieve targets.
• Day to day management of all aspects of the smooth running of Sale and Distribution activities.
• Ensure individual sales, install and reload targets are met.
• Investigate why targets are not being met and set out action plans in order to achieve targets.
• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
• Lead sale team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sale staff.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Provides timely, accurate, reporting to the distribution director.
• Conducts proposal presentations and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Job Requirements

• 7 years experiences in retail distribution for massive retails plus telecom background
• Had experiences in 200 Members of Sales Department
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• Understanding customer focus, relationship building, team work and cooperation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
