• Plan and execute sale strategy and tactic

The Role
• To develop sale strategy, targets, sale plan and achievement plan
• To lead, guide, manage and motivate a team of sale supervisors and executives
• to achieve sales targets for individual sale channels
• To promote sale volume by conducting innovative promotions and expending sale channels
• To give direction and guidance for marketing function to maintain existing customers and acquiring new customers
• Possess ability to drive sales and manage to expend sale channels

Job Requirements

Requirements
• At least 6 years of experiences in sale & distribution with minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial role
• A formal study of Sale or Marketing is a plus
• Knowledge in customer and sale data analysis is a must
• Should possess leadership skill and managerial skill
• Knowledge & Experience in market expansion, sale channeling is required
