This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join as one of chief authorised person displaying a large range of expertise in the commendable award winning company.

• Managing sales budgets, margin and net profit according to company targets
• Ensuring development and management of sales centres and coordination with Marketing for branding, events, and marketing material
• Being key decision makers to develop business opportunities and monitor and map competitors' movement in the sales area
• Negotiating major deals and maintain good relationships with all clients, channels and distributors and identify key opportunities
• Building and leveraging personal external networks and relationships
• Monitoring market segment trends, industry issues, and competitive intelligence
• Building a strategy to drive a product and expand the market
• Ensuring continuous improvement in customer experiences through development and deployment of best practice processes
• Setting goals, objectives and priorities, and assigning projects to sales teams
• Leading the department to ensure the achievement of objectives in due course, cost and quality while maintaining sustainability across the departmental functions, projects and resources

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Management – Majoring in Sales would be beneficial
· Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing is advantageous
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Sales (recent local experience is preferred)
· Previous experiences and track records of successful sales run
· Experience dealing with local authorities is highly appreciated, understanding and familiarity of the market
· Good communication, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in English and Myanmar language
· Is flexible and adapts based on the company's changing needs
· Creative person with the ability to handle new and unique projects
