• Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plan for organization
• Develop and manage overall business plans and budgets for the operations
• Direct coordination of sales and marketing teams and oversee their daily activities to achieve the targets
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors and other medical equipment brands in the market
• Handle and assign the teams for sales and marketing activities of medical and engineering device/product category to doctors and hospitals
• Plan and make commission structure for subordinates (around 40 ppl)
• Forecast and identify about trend and challenges of market
• Track overall sales and monitor for potential improvements in daily transaction
• Directly report to BOD/ MD about relevant data on gross sales & marketing activities

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of Sales & Marketing management experiences in Medical Equipment/ Device industry
• Require a bachelor's degree in medical or sale and marketing
• Strong at Sales & Marketing and Dealership management
• Must be able to speak fluent English to communicate & report with senior management
• Comprehensive understanding of health sciences like biotechnology and pharmacology
• Strong experience in dealing with Clinic, Hospitals and Doctors
