1. Formulate & executing of sales strategies to maximize sales growth revenue and profit targets2. Develop Internal sales processes, procedures and guidelines to support in standardizing sales operations, customer experience and channel communications. 3. Support in preparing sales communications materials for internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the product and brand’s propositions. 4. Propose relevant KPIs and incentive structure for sales team, direct partners, dealers and customers to drive and improve performance growth.5. Establish sales tracking parameters, data sources - Analysis business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to Management and then follow-up on all results6. Forecasting sales, expense budget requirement on monthly and quarterly basis.7. Perform activities to track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes, procedures, performances as well as the overall processes of coordinating trainings to relevant functions, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to ensure optimization of the operation. 8. Perform analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization9. Review and monitor Revenues, KPI target achievement and budget reports on defined time intervals. 10. Prepare monthly business achievement analysis reports on revenue (growth and de-growth area), High and low performance products, regions, partners and staffs.11. Explore new market opportunity and drive performance by providing feedback and advice regarding new products, services or sales activities; market development, customer needs in value added services, prices and selling techniques, improvement of sales team potential12. Coordinate with relevant team to develop sales & marketing materials to support trade campaign and to finalize channel communication contents that align with brand communication policy and guidelines, as well as to achieve trade 13. Execute strategic marketing projects to explore market opportunities, understand consumer behavior trend, trade and competitor anaysis to support senior management in making effective decision and formulating effective GTM plan14. Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve patterned problems15. Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from senior management.
1. Have minimum 3-5 experience in sales planning & supports. (preferably in Telecommunication Industry)2. Have proven track record in leading and managing people and performances. 3. Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Business related field (Preferred)
