- Report to Deputy CEO - To build, train and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets- Responsible for setting up sales strategy, pricing for projects - Responsible for supervision of the entire team including JD, recruitment, KPI setting, setting sales target, salary review and appraisal- Responsible for the entire sales process. From setting up of sales gallery, training, booking, bank tie up to collection of sales revenue. - Responsible for setting and overseeing sales SOP. - Responsible for achieving sales price and target set by management- Responsible for setting sales budget- Responsible to work with legal on all related legal documents- Responsible to work with STPM on property handover- Responsible for the information input, usage and reports of the IFCA and S plus system- Responsible to secure end user financing from banks - Responsible for customer relations – after sales service to buyers. Including follow up - Responsible to overseas the operation and management of the sales gallery - Responsible to secure and manager external sales agencies to ensure proper sales control and achieve sales target- Work closely marketing team for product design, price setting and marketing strategy. - Any other assignment assigned by management
- At least 6 years experiences in a management role managing a full sales team.- At least 10 years overall sales experience - Age around 40 years old- Show strong leadership skills- Self Starter with initiative and communication skills- Mature and good organisation skills - High Proficiency in English and Myanmar language both written and conversational - Chinese proficiency in Chinese is preferred- Minimum University graduate degree
