📣📣Engineering For Kids is looking for a Head of School to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. The primary responsibilities will be to supervise the education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring that all of the classroom procedures are being followed, that the customer (parent and student) is happy, and the employees are following all of the policies and procedures.

📣📣Duties and Responsibilities
✅Design and implement school policies
✅Establish standards and procedures
✅Organize office operations and procedures
✅Prepare time sheets
✅Control correspondences
✅Liaison with client
✅Maintain office equipment
✅Plan program schedule
✅Assist with behavior management
✅Handle customer complaints
✅Schedule employee assignments and hours of work
✅Ensure appropriate inventory is on hand/order inventory
✅Recruiting and hiring staff
✅Manage classroom inventory
✅Orient and train employees
✅Supervise staff
✅Evaluate staff performance
✅Coaching and disciplining staff
✅Marketing and Promoting Business

Job Requirements

✅Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role
✅Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations

✅Degree in Education; Master’s degree is a plus
