Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is responsible for overseeing and supervising sound
implementation of Individual Loan Lending Business and oversee related
operational policies, procedures and strategy of Small Growing Business / Small
Medium Enterprises business operations.
Key responsibilities
 Develops business plan/budget and strategy for Small & Growing business
 Design process and develops loan forms for Individual Loans
 Manage the loan approval and disbursement
 Monitor payment collection and develops delinquency recovery activities

Job Requirements

University degree with Business Management or other related fields
 3 years managerial experiences in bank or Financial Institution in Individual
Lending, preferable with Project Management Skills
 Knowledge on financial report and excellent report writing skills
 Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar
 Able to travel through the country if necessary
 Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
