Position Purpose

The purpose of this position is to 1) Prperation of management and Board reporting, 2) Buinesss Perfomance Review for Offline & Online Sales & Marketing 3) Manage forcast and plan process 4) Budget & AOP planning with Finance 5) Project Management

KEY Responsibilities

• Business Performance & Planning Manager:
Monitor and manage Business financials , oversight the business performance and support function (cost control, allocation and initiatives). Work closely with respective business unit heads and other relevant stakeholders to provide financial subject matters support, coordinate rigorous annual budget and forecasting and define financial objectives, conduct regular and provide the assistant to sales units with reviewing of business performance, forward looking on assessing the headwinds, tailwinds and changing in the key drivers to revenue and cost to ensure financial objective is deliverable. Prepare and submit financial management report timely and accurately. Prepare monthly, quarterly, group reporting, forecast and plan with analysis of variances. Prepare Opex & Capex plan and update to management.
Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over financial activities. Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Advise CMO on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning. Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements & project management for the function

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• Management of rigorous operating business plan and forecast
• Manage overall quarterly rolling forecast process with engagement from business units and in coordination with Performance Management
• Prepare management with comparison of actual to forecasted figures, discuss with management and business unit heads on overall business performance.
• Conduct targets setting (KPI) monthly & Yearly as per AOP with different depts
• Support Head of SMT in preparing Strategy ,forecast for the purpose of Strategic Board Review and performance Review
• Support Head of SMT on conduct business case analysis for key strategic projects/investments
• Prepare report (monthly and quarterly) and analysis for SMT
• Conduct financial review and provide monthly result
• Prepare Opex/Capex plan and update to management
• Forecast cash requirements and execute financing decisions for SMT.
• Plan with other Heads for project management as per plan with CMO

Leadership

• Provides leadership to the day-to-day of the department. Act as a coach and leader to develop the employees further. Develop a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, sharing ideas and feedback to contribute to the development of unit. Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements.

Education & Professional Qualification
Degree(s)/Major(s):Bachelors/Masters/MBA

Certification(s): Accounting

Experience
At least 7+years of relevant experiences working in Business preparation, Budgeting & Performance reporting, and able to lead teams.

Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas

• Exceptional analytical, planning, organization, verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well under deadlines.
• Experience in Business management reporting and financial analysis
• Experience leading team and dealing with stakeholders to provide timely inputs to management, and reporting. Confidence and ability to propose and defend opinions and perspectives in order to influence and achieve financial objectives.
• Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment. Must be flexible, a team player and willing to travel if require.
• In-depth knowledge of spreadsheet , advanced excel ,SQL additional benefit & Advance PowerPoint.
